THE CHILLER THEATRE CONVENTION
October 27th, 28th & 29th, 2000

Cherie's autograph table was between two incredibly charming and
amusing chaps that kept us laughing all weekend. Above, Cherie with
actor Kevin McCarthy ("Invasion of the Body Snatchers"). Below, Bob
May - the guy who inhabited the Robot suit on the TV series "Lost in Space"!
With Joann and Richie Scarlet (guitarist of Ace Frehley's Comet
and Sebastion Bach's solo band), and Mark Goddard (the always hunky Major
Don West from Lost in Space)!
Some "super" contestants in the costume contest:
Marvel's Thor and Cyclops of the X-Men

Two of our favorite Rockergrrls - Spike & Lauren - getting
the X-Men's Wolverine all riled up!
Double trouble: The Riddler and Catwoman
ICK! Well, this IS the Chiller Convention!
YIKES! I touched that severed head, on it's nose and tongue and
it felt and looked absolutely 100% real! "Deadhead" is being held
here by his creator, (or ahem, executor?) who said he painstakingly painted
every freckle by hand...I dunno...pretty creepy.
A braver man than most, our R0cketmaster and great friend Scott
playing with dead things.

Left to right: The hilarious and adorable Bob Schrek (group editor
of DC's line of Batman comics), John Cassaday (the amazing artist of hit
comic book "Planetary"), our darling boy Scott Krueger, and Mark Goddard
of "Lost in Space".
The best part of our Saturday night! Cherie joins "The Dead
Elvi" for a kick ass rendition of "Cherry Bomb" (The group dress up as
rotting Elvis corpses! - They've just finished their first album, can't
wait to hear it!)
Cherie croons "Love Hurts" to Mark Goddard for a packed house of
fans and an assortment of goblins.
